We are sorry to see you go! You can delete your account by going to 'More' and tapping on 'Delete Account'.
If you no longer have the Talk360 app installed, you can contact support at [email protected] asking for your number to be deleted. The support agent will first verify that the number belongs to you, and then delete your Talk360 account.
Once your Talk360 app is deleted, we ensure compliance with GDPR regulations by promptly erasing all associated user data within the mandated timeframe.
Please note that by deleting your account, all data such as your call history or credit balance, are also deleted. All data will be permanently deleted and we will not be able to retrieve it, to guarantee your data privacy.
This also means that you will not be able to claim your remaining credit 30 days after your account has been deleted, as we will not be able to retrieve this data.
