What Is International Smart Call? (Android Only)

Explains the International Smart Call feature on Android and how it helps identify Talk360 calls in your call history.

Updated this week

International Smart Call is an Android-only feature that helps you clearly recognize calls made with Talk360.

What International Smart Call Does

International Smart Call helps you distinguish Talk360 calls from regular mobile calls on your Android device.

It provides:

  • Clear identification of calls made via Talk360

  • Better call tracking when reviewing your call history

  • More transparency, so you know which calls were routed through Talk360

This is especially useful if you use both Talk360 and your regular mobile network.

How It Helps You

With International Smart Call enabled:

  • Talk360 calls appear clearly in the Talk360 Recents tab

  • You can easily tell the difference between:

    • Talk360 international calls

    • Regular mobile network calls

  • This makes it easier to track usage and understand costs

Understanding Your Call Logs

If you see “Last call on your phone”, it means:

  • The call was made using your regular mobile network

  • The call was not routed through Talk360

This helps avoid confusion when reviewing your call history.

Requirements

To use International Smart Call:

  • You must be using an Android device

  • Call log permission must be enabled for Talk360

Without this permission, Talk360 calls may not be labeled correctly.

Important to Know

  • This feature is not available on iOS

  • Availability and display may vary slightly by Android version and device

  • International Smart Call does not affect call quality or costs

If you don’t see Talk360 calls clearly marked, check your Android app permissions first.
