Talk360 is built for calling internationally. If you're in a country and call a number in that same country, the call may not connect. This depends on the country.

Countries where same-country calls don't connect
Costa Rica, Finland, India, Ireland, Lithuania, Sweden and Uzbekistan.
If you're in one of these countries and call a number there, the call usually can't be connected. Calls to numbers in other countries aren't affected.
Why this happens
Local telecom rules in some countries restrict calls between two numbers in the same country when they're made through an internet calling app. This isn't a problem with your phone, your account or the Talk360 app.
If you're roaming
If you're travelling and using your home SIM abroad, this restriction usually doesn't apply, even in the countries above. If your call still doesn't connect while you're roaming, contact us.
If your call doesn't connect
First check that you're calling a number in a different country. If you are, try these steps:
Make sure the number is in full international format, with the country code, for example +61 for Australia.
Switch between WiFi and mobile data, then try again.
Check that you have enough credit.
If you've turned on Anonymous Calling, turn it off and try again.
Still not working? Contact us in the app or at [email protected]. Tell us which country you're in, the number you called, whether you tried both WiFi and mobile data, whether you're roaming, and which mobile network you're connected to. A screenshot of the network name helps.
If the call connects but the other person sees "unknown", "private", "anonymous" or no number
In some countries, local rules don't allow your number to be shown when you call a number in the same country using an international calling app like Talk360. Your call works normally. The other person may just see "unknown", "private" or "anonymous".
We suggest sending the person a quick message before you call, so they know the call is coming from you.
Germany
If you call a German number from your German number, the call connects, but the other person sees "Anonymous" instead of your number. This happens even if Anonymous Calling is turned off, so there is nothing to change in your settings.
Your call works. Only the number shown is affected. Because the person can't see who is calling, they may not answer. Send them a message first, so they know it's you and that the call will show as "Anonymous".
We know this isn't ideal. We're working on ways to show your phone number.
