Phone number verification is required to create or log in to your Talk360 account. This step helps confirm that the phone number belongs to you and keeps your account secure.
When you enter your phone number, Talk360 sends a 6-digit verification code via SMS. Entering this code completes the registration or login process.
How verification works
Open the Talk360 app
Enter your mobile phone number
Receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS
Enter the code in the app to verify your number
Once verified, your account is ready to use.
Didn’t receive your verification code?
If you didn’t receive the SMS verification code, please check the following before trying again:
Check your phone number
Make sure you entered a valid mobile phone number (not a landline)
Ensure your phone number is active and able to receive SMS
Check the country code
Select the correct country code from the drop-down list
Do not manually type the country code in the phone number field
Resend the code
If the SMS does not arrive, wait 60 seconds
Tap Resend code to request a new verification code
Avoid going back during verification
Do not go back during the verification process
Going back automatically resends a new code and invalidates the previous one
Device requirements
Verification must be completed on a mobile phone
Registration is not possible on tablets, laptops, or PCs
After your account is verified on a mobile phone, you can log in on a tablet using the same phone number to start calling
