I did not receive my verification code, what can I do?

If you tried to register or log in but you did not receive the verification code, we would recommend you to try again after checking the following:

  1. You registered with a valid mobile phone number (not a landline).

  2. You selected the right prefix (country code) from the drop-down menu and did not enter it in the text box.

  3. If you did not receive a text message, click on the button that appears after 60 seconds to resend the code.

  4. When waiting to receive the code, don't go back in the process, because when you go back, the verification code gets automatically resent, and the first code becomes invalid.

Please keep in mind that it is not possible to register on a tablet, laptop or PC. You need a valid phone number to receive your verification code and complete the registration process. After you are registered, you can log in to your Talk360 account on your tablet with your phone number to start calling.
