What to Do If the Recipient Did Not Receive Your Shared Credits

If the recipient hasn't received the shared credits, there may be a couple of reasons:

  1. They might not be properly signed in to their Talk360 account on their phone.

  2. You may have entered an incorrect phone number when sharing the credits.

Important Note: New users must sign in to their Talk360 account using their phone number to receive any credits.

If the recipient still hasn’t received the credits, please contact Support through the app so we can investigate why the credits were not automatically added to their account. Our support team is always here to assist you!
