What should I do when the receiver does not receive my shared credits?

If the recipient did not receive your shared credits, it could be due to them not being signed in to their Talk360 account on their phone, or you entering an incorrect phone number.

Please note: recipients of Talk360 call credit need to download the app and sign in with the correct phone number to be able to use the shared credit.
