Whether you can call a specific premium or service number depends on the nature of the number itself. In most cases, premium and service numbers are not reachable with the Talk360 app due to their high calling costs. Additionally, some phone numbers are blocked because their calling rates exceed what we can offer.

However, our management team is actively working on a solution to enable calls to premium and high-cost numbers in the future. Once this becomes available, we will share an update via an in-app message.
