Calling Toll-Free Numbers
Updated yesterday

A toll-free number incurs no charges for local callers, as the receiving company covers the cost. Businesses often provide these numbers to allow customers to reach them without fees.

If you're abroad, you can use Talk360 to avoid international calling fees. However, please note that calling a toll-free number through Talk360 is charged at the standard rate of the destination country, rather than the high mobile network rates. Due to recent cost increases, we have had to block some toll-free numbers. Our management team is actively working on a solution to make these calls possible in the future.

Dialing an international toll-free number works the same as making an international call to area code 1632. For example, to call a toll-free number in the UK, you would dial: 0044 1632 XXX XXXX.

Please be aware that some companies block international incoming calls, even when using Talk360, because receiving calls from certain countries can be costly. If you experience this issue, we can check whether the company has restricted international calls from your location. Simply contact our Support team via the app with the company name and location, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
