The Bring a Friend program lets you earn bonus call credits by inviting friends to use Talk360. It’s an easy way to get rewarded for sharing the app with people you know.
This article explains how the program works, where to find your referral link or code, how rewards are earned, and what to check if your reward doesn’t arrive.
What Is the Bring a Friend Program?
Bring a Friend rewards both you and your friend with bonus call credits when:
Your friend joins Talk360 using your referral link or code, and
Both of you complete the required steps
You can earn rewards for multiple referrals, up to a maximum limit set by the program.
📌 Good to know: Bonus credits earned through Bring a Friend can be used for calling only.
Where Can I Find Bring a Friend?
You can access Bring a Friend in the app:
From the Home screen widget, or
By going to More → Earn
This is where you’ll find your unique referral link.
How to Share Your Referral Link
Each Talk360 account has a unique referral link. To invite friends:
Open the Talk360 app
Go to More → Earn
Share your referral link via SMS, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, or any other channel
⚠️ Important: Your friend must download the app using your link for the reward to track correctly.
What Is a Referral Code (and When Is It Used)?
A referral code is another way for a friend to link their account to yours.
Your friend can enter a referral code:
During sign-up, or
In the app under More → Add referral code
🚨 The referral code must be entered before the friend makes their first purchase.
Once a purchase is made, the referral can no longer be added.
Where Can I Find My Referral Code?
You don’t need to look it up separately:
Your referral code is included in the invite message sent when you share your link
If you sent the link already, you can check the message you shared with your friend
How Are Rewards Earned?
Rewards are added only after both sides complete their steps.
Your friend must:
Download Talk360 using your referral link or code
Make their first credit purchase after installing the app
You must:
Have purchased call credits at least once
Once both steps are completed:
You receive bonus credits
Your friend receives bonus credits
Do Bring a Friend Bonus Credits Expire?
Yes. Bonus credits earned through Bring a Friend:
Are valid for 1 month from the date they’re issued
Expire if not used within that time
What If My Reward Didn’t Arrive?
Before contacting Support, check the following:
Did your friend download the app using your referral link or code?
Did they purchase credits after installing the app, not before?
Have you also purchased call credits at least once?
If everything looks correct and the reward still hasn’t appeared:
Contact Support via the app
Share your friend’s phone number so we can review the referral
