Introducing Shop360 Mobile Top-Up

Updated today

We’ve heard your requests! Many users have asked for a way to send airtime, talk time, data, or bundles directly to a friend’s or loved one’s mobile number—without adding credits to their own Talk360 account.

🎉 Introducing Shop360 — a brand-new feature from Talk360 that lets you send mobile top-ups straight to someone’s mobile carrier.

Unlike our Share Credits feature, which transfers Talk360 credits between Talk360 users, Shop360 delivers the product directly to the recipient’s mobile provider — fast, easy, and convenient!

📱 What Can You Send?

With Shop360, you can purchase:

  • 📞 Call Credits / Airtime

  • 🌐 Mobile Data

  • 📦 Mobile Bundles

  • To use any of these options, follow the specific steps outlined in Shop360 for secure and accurate delivery.

These are sent directly to the mobile number’s carrier, based on availability in that region. You can track your transaction statuses, such as "Payment Successful" and "Top-Up Successful," directly within the app for confirmation.

Note: Mobile top-ups are only available for mobile numbers. Landlines or wireless home phones are not supported. Ensure recipient information is accurate, as successful top-ups cannot be undone or refunded, even if details are entered incorrectly.

Instructions for Using Shop360 Mobile Top-Up

  1. Open the Talk360 app and navigate to Shop360 from the Home screen or "More" menu.

  2. Select or manually input the destination mobile number and ensure it is linked to a supported carrier.

  3. Choose from the available packages (data bundles, airtime, or combos) tailored to the carrier and the region.

  4. Review all entered details before confirming to ensure accuracy.

  5. Proceed to payment using the available methods in the app.

  6. Wait for the confirmation notifications—"Payment Successful" and "Top-Up Successful." This step-by-step guide ensures you optimize your use of the Shop360 feature.
