We are sorry to hear that you purchased call credit but have not received your Talk360 calling credit.

Sometimes there can be a slight delay before the credits show up in your account. We know of a few payment methods that can take up to 2 hours until your credits appear on your Talk360 app. These payment methods include Mpesa, Upi, and E-Wallets India.

Please note that bank transfers can take up to 72 hours.

To verify if your payment was successful, please send us a message to Support via the app. Our support team is always ready to help you!
