We kindly advise you to try calling via 3G/4G/LTE, as well as via WiFi, to see if that makes any difference.
If you have an iOS device, please check your privacy settings; permission settings to use your microphone should be enabled for the Talk360 app. You can check this by navigating to 'Settings' > ‘Privacy & Security’ > ‘Microphone’ and switch the setting on for Talk360. Now the receiver of your call should now be able to hear you.
