How to Enable the 'International Smart Call' Feature

We’re always looking for ways to improve your calling experience and help you save on international calls. That’s why we’re excited to introduce you to the 'International Smart Call'.

With International Smart Call, your phone calls can now be routed through the Talk360 app, ensuring you always have a clear idea of how much you’re spending. This feature synchronizes your call logs with the Talk360 app’s Recents tab, making it easier for you to track which calls were made via Talk360 and their associated costs.

How Does it Benefit You?

  • Transparent Pricing – See the cost of your calls in real-time, allowing you to budget and save money on international calls.

  • Seamless Syncing – Your call logs from your phone will automatically appear in the Talk360 app’s Recents list.

  • Better Call Management – Easily differentiate between calls made through Talk360 and your regular phone network.

Understanding Your Call Logs

If you see “Last call on your phone” in your call log, it means the call was made using your phone’s regular network and not via the Talk360 app.

Ensuring Proper Call Log Syncing

If your recent calls are not appearing in the Talk360 app, it’s likely due to disabled call log permissions. Here’s how you can enable them:

For Android Users:

  1. Open Settings on your phone.

  2. Go to Apps.

  3. Search for Talk360.

  4. Tap on Permissions.

  5. Ensure Call Logs permission is enabled.

For iOS Users:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and find Talk360.

  3. Tap on Permissions.

  4. Enable access to Call Logs if applicable.
