Calling with Talk360 is easy! Just ensure you have enough call credit and a stable internet connection (mobile data or WiFi).
Talk360 automatically syncs your contact list, so you can simply select a contact to call. If you’re calling internationally, double-check that the number is saved with the correct country code. Alternatively, you can manually enter the number using the keypad.
Before making a call, check your device settings to ensure everything is properly set up. Pay special attention to:
App permissions (such as microphone access)
Data Saver settings, which can affect call quality
VPN considerations: Using a VPN may affect your device's geolocation settings, impacting call delivery. Disable it if experiencing connection issues.
Dialing Format
When entering a phone number, always use the international format:
Ensure that phone numbers are saved without any spaces, dashes, or symbols to avoid dialing issues.
If the '+' format doesn't work in your region, try using '00' as a prefix instead.
Start with ‘+’ or ‘00’, followed by the country code, area code (if applicable), and the rest of the number.
Save phone numbers in your contacts without spaces, dashes, or special characters (e.g., +8613764131556).
Example for the UK: +441632960950 or 00441632960950.
Example for China: +8613764131556 or 008613764131556.
Some countries, including the US, require specific exit codes (e.g., 011 for US to dial internationally).
