Device Compatibility Overview
To use Talk360, your device must:
Run a supported Android or iOS version
Support the Talk360 app requirements
Registration requires phone number verification.
The verification code can be received on any device linked to your phone number; it does not need to be the same device where the app is installed.
Supported Operating Systems
Android 6.0 or higher
iOS 15.0 or higher
If your device runs an older version, the app may not install or function correctly.
Device Rules
✅ Smartphones
Fully supported.
Smartphones running the supported OS versions can install the app and complete registration.
❌ Not Supported
Tablets
Laptops
Desktop computers
Devices that do not support the required OS version
Devices that cannot properly run the mobile app format
Registration & Verification Clarification
You can install Talk360 on your tablet or phone.
The verification code can be received on another device, as long as it belongs to the registered phone number.
The code can then be entered manually into the app.
It is not required to receive the verification message on the same device where the app is installed.
After Registration
Once your account is verified:
You can use the same account on compatible smartphones and supported tablets.
