How Do Contacts Sync with Talk360?

Explains how Talk360 displays contacts from your phone, how syncing works, and what to check if contacts are missing.

Updated today

Talk360 displays contacts by syncing them from your phone, not by storing or managing them inside the app.

This article explains how contact syncing works and what Talk360 can and cannot control.

How Contact Syncing Works

  • Talk360 reads contacts from your phone’s contact list

  • Contacts are synced automatically

  • Talk360 does not create, edit, or delete contacts

To see your contacts in Talk360:

  • Contacts must exist in your phone’s contact app

  • Talk360 must have permission to access contacts

What Talk360 Does Not Do

  • Talk360 does not manage contacts

  • You cannot add, edit, or delete contacts inside Talk360

  • Contact names, numbers, and formatting all come from your device

Any changes must be made in your phone’s contact app.

If Contacts Don’t Appear

Check the following:

  • Contact permission is enabled for Talk360

  • The contact exists on your device

  • Restart the app after changing permissions

Important to Know

  • Contact syncing depends on your device and OS

  • Removing a contact from your phone removes it from Talk360

  • Contacts are synced locally from your device

If your contacts look incorrect or incomplete, always check your phone’s contact settings first.
