Talk360 is designed to be data-efficient, so you can make international calls without using much internet data.
This article explains average data usage, what that means in real calls, and the difference between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Average Data Usage
On average, a Talk360 call uses:
~85–95 KB per minute
~5–6 MB per hour
This is much lower than video calls or streaming.
What Does This Mean in Practice?
To make it easy to understand:
10 minutes: ~5–10 MB
30 minutes: ~15–30 MB
1 hour: up to ~60 MB
This makes Talk360 suitable even for limited data plans and long international calls.
Wi-Fi vs Mobile Data
Using Wi-Fi
No mobile data charges from your provider
Using Mobile Data (3G / 4G / LTE / 5G)
Data usage counts toward your mobile data plan
Any costs depend on your carrier and data bundle
Important to Know
Talk360 uses data only
It does not use SMS or voice minutes
The person you’re calling does not use data at all
If you’re concerned about data costs, using Wi-Fi is the easiest way to avoid charges.
