How do I make a call?

Making an international call with Talk360 takes just a few seconds. Make sure you have credits on your account before you start.

1. Make sure you have a strong connection and enough credits

  • You need to have enough call credits on your account to make a call

  • You also need a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

Note: Talk360 calls are charged per minute based on the destination number you call. Credits are deducted only when a call successfully connects.

2. Dial number or choose an existing contact

Open the app and use the dial pad to enter a number manually. You can also select someone from your contacts (the contacts should be synced automatically)

3. Check that you are using the correct country code

Always include the country code at the start of the number. A country code is the number that identifies which country you're calling β€” it comes before the local number and starts with a +

For example:

  • Calling the Netherlands: +31 6 12345678 instead of 04612345678

Note: If you're not sure of the country code, you can look it up in here.

This is the most common reason calls go to the wrong number. If a call connects but reaches someone else, double-check that the country code is included and correct.

Important: When adding country code (+31) don't include the 0 that is in the beginning of the number. You can read more about the use of country codes here.

4. Tap call

Talk360 connects the call over your internet connection. The person you're calling receives it as a normal incoming call on their phone β€” they don't need the app.

Call quality tip: WiFi generally gives the best results. If a call sounds unclear or drops, try moving to a stronger connection.

Important to know

  • Your registered phone number is shown (unless hidden or restricted)

  • Calls work worldwide, but are subject to local telecom regulations

  • Call behaviour may change when you:

  1. Travel to another country

  2. Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)

  3. Call destinations with telecom or government restrictions
