How to transfer call credit to a new Talk360 number

If you want to keep your call credit when switching to a new phone number, the recommended and fastest option is to share your credit to the new number.

In most cases, you can:

  • Share your call credit to the new number, then

  • Log out and register with the new number, and

  • Continue using your credit on the new account.

Step-by-step guide (recommended method first)

1. Share credit to your new number (recommended)

If you can still access your old account, this is the easiest way to move your credit.

Steps:

  • Stay logged into the account that has the remaining credit.

  • Go to More β†’ Share Credit.

  • Enter the phone number you want to move to.

  • Complete the transfer.

Once the credit is shared:

  • Log out of the app.

  • Register with the new phone number.

  • Your shared call credit will be available on the new account.

2. Create and verify the new account (if not already done)

The new number must be registered before it can receive shared credit.

Steps:

  • Log out of the Talk360 app.

  • Reopen the app and tap Register.

  • Register using your new phone number.

  • Verify the account using the SMS code.

3. Get help with a credit transfer (only if sharing is not possible)

Once the new account is registered and verified, additional help may be needed to move credit from the old number.

If help is required, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your old phone number

  • Your new phone number

You may also be asked to complete security checks, such as:

  • Sharing at least three frequently called numbers from the old account, or

  • Providing proof of payment for previous credit purchases (screenshots are acceptable if sensitive details are hidden).

3. Share credit directly to your new number (self-service)

If you can still access the old account, you can share credit yourself.

Steps:

  • Log into the account that has remaining credit.

  • Go to More β†’ Share Credit.

  • Enter your newly registered and verified Talk360 number as the recipient.

This is the fastest way to move credit to a new number you own.

Important limits and rules

Minimum transfer amount

  • Only balances of $1.00 USD or more can be transferred.

  • Amounts below this (for example, $0.99) cannot be moved.

Currency conversion

  • If the old and new accounts use different currencies, the credit will be converted automatically to the currency of the new account using the exchange rate at the time of transfer.

Troubleshooting shared credit issues

If shared credit does not arrive:

  • Confirm the recipient number is entered correctly.

  • Ensure the recipient number is registered and verified on Talk360.

  • Check that the Talk360 app is installed and up to date on the receiving device.
