Step-by-step guide (recommended method first)
1. Share credit to your new number (recommended)
If you can still access your old account, this is the easiest way to move your credit.
Steps:
Stay logged into the account that has the remaining credit.
Go to More → Share Credit.
Enter the phone number you want to move to.
Complete the transfer.
Once the credit is shared:
Log out of the app.
Register with the new phone number.
Your shared call credit will be available on the new account.
2. Create and verify the new account (if not already done)
The new number must be registered before it can receive shared credit.
Steps:
Log out of the Talk360 app.
Reopen the app and tap Register.
Register using your new phone number.
Verify the account using the SMS code.
