When your call credit is running low, Smart Top-up seamlessly keeps your call going with your loved ones.
Activating Smart Top-up is simple:
In the Talk360 app, tap on 'Buy credits'
Select your desired call credit amount
Toggle 'Smart Top-up' on the payment checkout page
Once your purchase is confirmed, Smart Top-up will be activated automatically.
Smart Top-up will recharge your account with the same call credit amount you purchased when enabling the feature.
To turn off Smart Top-up, head to 'Account details' and toggle the feature off.
Please note that this feature does not apply to welcome packages or discounts.
