Understanding Talk360 Service Fees

When you buy Talk360 credits, a small service fee is added to your purchase. This article explains what it is and how it works.

What is the service fee?

A small service fee is added when you top up your credit. It helps to keep our platform and service running, and it's always shown before you confirm your payment.

Important: The service fee does NOT reduce your calling credit. You always receive the full credit amount you pay for.

Example: If you buy €10 calling credit, you pay €10 + a small service fee, and you receive the full €10 calling credit in your Talk360 account.

When does the service fee apply?

The service fee applies when you:

  • Buy credits through the app using the Buy Credit option

The service fee does NOT apply to:

  • Auto top-up (Smart Top-Up)

Will I see the fee before I pay?

Yes. The service fee is always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your payment. You'll see the breakdown showing:

  • Credit amount

  • Service fee

  • Total to pay

This way, you know exactly what you're paying before you complete the purchase.

Is the service fee refundable?

No, the service fee is non-refundable. If you request a refund for your credit purchase and it's approved under our refund policy, only the credit amount is refunded — the service fee is not returned.
