How Do Refunds Work?

Learn when you can request a refund, how the 14-day money-back guarantee works, and which purchases are refundable in Talk360.

Updated this week

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased, when you purchased it, and whether the credits were used.

Only certain purchases qualify for refunds, and conditions apply.

When Can I Request a Refund?

You may request a refund only if all applicable conditions are met.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type of product purchased (Call Credits or Shop360)

  • Whether the credits were used

  • How long ago was the purchase made

  • Whether it was your first purchase

Not all purchases qualify for refunds.

Each refund request is reviewed against these criteria.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Call Credits Only)

Talk360 offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time call credit purchases made through supported online payment methods.

You may request a refund if:

  • It was your first call credit purchase

  • The request is made within 14 days of the successful payment

  • The credits have not been fully used

Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Important

  • Bonus credits are not refundable

  • Used credits are not refundable

Mobile Top-Ups (Shop360) Refund Policy

The 14-day guarantee does not apply to Shop360 Mobile Top-Ups.

Mobile Top-Ups:

  • Cannot be refunded once successfully delivered

  • Are final once the bundle reaches the recipient

  • Cannot be reversed

Shop360 purchases are treated separately from call credits.

Refund Requests After 14 Days

If more than 14 days have passed:

  • Refunds are no longer guaranteed

  • Each case is reviewed individually

  • Used credits remain non-refundable

You may contact Support if you experience a verified technical issue.

Refunds for Accidental Calls

If a call successfully connects, the credits used during that connection are considered spent.

If you dial by mistake, end the call immediately to limit the charge.

Refunds for accidental calls are not guaranteed. However:

  • Very short accidental connections may be reviewed

  • Longer connected calls are not refundable

All refund decisions are based on call connection records and duration.

Refunds for Pending Transactions

You cannot cancel or refund a payment while it is pending.

Pending payments:

  • Are still being processed by the payment provider

  • Cannot be manually cancelled by Talk360

  • Must first complete as successful or failed

If a pending transaction fails, the amount is automatically returned to your original payment method (typically within 4–5 working days).

No action is required unless Support requests more information.

How to Request a Refund

If you want to request a refund:

  1. Open the Talk360 app

  2. Tap Support

  3. Submit your request with your purchase details

In some countries, a refund request option may be available directly inside the app. If visible, submit your request within 14 days.

If the option is not visible, a Support agent will review your case manually.
