App permissions on Android

If you can't make outgoing calls via Talk360, please check the permission settings on your device.

To call using Talk360, you need to give permission to your contacts and microphone. When you use the Talk360 app for the first time, you will receive a notification about this.

If you have an Android device, here's how to check them:

  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Apps'.

  2. Select an app, then choose 'Permissions Manager'.

  3. Tap on 'Microphone' and 'Contacts' and make sure the Talk360 app is allowed to access both.

  4. Repeat the same steps for 'Notifications' to stay in the loop with our exclusive promotions!

We hope this helps! If you have more issues with your phone permissions, please send us a message to Support via the app. Our support team is always ready to help you!
