This article explains how to view your call history, manage contacts, and control app notifications in the Talk360 app.
These settings help you keep your app organized and tailored to your preferences.
Where Can I Find My Call History?
You can view all your recent calls directly in the app:
Open the Talk360 app
Tap the Recents tab at the bottom of the screen
Here you’ll see your call history, including outgoing calls and call duration
This makes it easy to review who you called and when.
How Do I Manage My Contacts?
Editing, Adding, or Deleting Contacts
Contacts shown in the Talk360 app are synced directly from your phone’s contact list. This means contacts cannot be edited inside the Talk360 app itself.
To manage your contacts:
Edit, add, or delete contacts in your device’s contact app
Make sure Talk360 has permission to access your contacts
Once updated, the changes will automatically sync to the Contacts section in Talk360
This applies to both iOS and Android devices.
If Your Contacts Don’t Sync
Check your device's App Permissions
Ensure contact access is enabled for Talk360
Restart the app if needed
How to add a Contact as a Favorite? ⭐
You can mark important contacts as favorites so they appear at the top of your Contacts list for quick access.
How to add a favorite contact:
Open the Contacts menu in the Talk360 app
Select the contact you want to favorite
Tap the star icon next to their phone number
Go back to Contacts the favorite will now appear at the top
📞 To call them, simply tap their name.
ℹ️ Reminder: For international calls, make sure the phone number is saved in the correct international format (including country code).
How Do I Manage App Notifications?
You can control or disable push notifications (including promotions) directly from your device settings. These steps apply to the latest iOS and Android versions.
Android
Open Settings
Tap Apps or Apps & notifications
Select Talk360
Tap Notifications
Turn notifications off completely or disable specific notification types
💡 Quick tip: You can also long-press a Talk360 notification and select Turn off notifications.
iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Open Settings
Tap Notifications
Select Talk360
Toggle Allow Notifications off
You can also customize notifications instead of disabling them completely by adjusting:

You can re-enable notifications at any time by following the same steps and turning them back on.
