How Do I Manage My Account Settings?

Learn what you can manage in your Talk360 account, including permissions, calling features, and profile limits.

Updated yesterday

Your Talk360 account is securely linked to your mobile phone number. Because this phone number is used to verify and protect your account, only certain settings and details can be managed or updated.

This article explains:

  • How your Talk360 account works

  • What you can manage yourself

  • Which features help you call more easily and save money

  • When you need to contact Support

How your Talk360 account works

When you register with Talk360:

  • Your phone number becomes your account identifier

  • An account ID is automatically created and linked to that phone number

  • The phone number cannot be changed on an existing account

If you want to use a different phone number, you’ll need to log out and register again with the new number.

What can I manage in my account settings?

App & permission settings

You can manage certain app-related settings directly on your device, including:

  • 🎤 Microphone permissions

  • 👥 Contact access

  • 🔔 Notification settings

Adjusting these permissions can affect how Talk360 works, especially when making calls.

Anonymous calling (Android only)

On Android devices, you may be able to:

  • Enable or disable Anonymous Calling

⚠️ Please note:

  • Anonymous calling is not supported in all countries

  • Availability depends on local and international calling restrictions

  • If anonymous calling doesn’t work for a specific destination, this is expected behavior

Quickly find and call your favourite contacts abroad

Talk360 helps you stay connected with the people you call most often abroad.

By checking your Recent calls, the Frequents feature automatically highlights the international numbers you dial most.

This makes it easy to:

  • Quickly find your most-called contacts

  • Call loved ones abroad without scrolling through your entire contact list

  • Save money on international calls compared to regular mobile networks

Your call history is stored locally on your device only and is never shared.

International Smart Call (Android only)

To help you manage international calls and costs more clearly, Talk360 offers International Smart Call.

How it helps you

  • Transparent pricing – See which calls were made via Talk360

  • Automatic syncing – Calls appear in the Talk360 Recents tab

  • Better tracking – Easily distinguish Talk360 calls from regular phone calls

Understanding your call logs

If you see “Last call on your phone”, it means:

  • The call was made using your regular mobile network

  • It was not routed through Talk360

Call log permissions (required for Smart Call)

If your recent calls are not appearing in the Talk360 app, call log permissions may be disabled.

To enable them:

  1. Open Settings on your phone

  2. Go to Apps

  3. Select Talk360

  4. Tap Permissions

  5. Enable Call Logs

⚠️ International Smart Call is available on Android only.
