How to Make a Mobile Top-Up Purchase

You can access Shop360 in two ways:

  • From the Home screen, or

  • Navigate to More > Mobile Top-Up

Follow these steps:

  1. Select a Contact or Enter the Phone Number Manually

    • If you choose from your contact list, make sure to select the number linked to a supported mobile carrier.

    • If a contact has multiple numbers, select the one that’s mobile and supported.

  2. Choose a Package

    • Packages vary depending on the mobile carrier and country.

    • You’ll see different options for data, airtime, or bundles.

  3. Review & Proceed to Checkout

    • Double-check all details (number, product, amount) before continuing.

  4. Select a Payment Method & Complete Payment

    • Use any of the available payment options to finalize the purchase.

  5. Receive Confirmation

    • Payment Successful — means Talk360 received your payment.

    • Top-Up Successful — means the product was successfully delivered to the recipient’s phone number.

⚠️ Important: No Refund Policy

Once a top-up is successful:

  • It cannot be reversed or refunded.

  • Even if you accidentally send it to the wrong number, we cannot retrieve the product.

  • This is because the product is delivered directly to the recipient’s mobile provider, not a Talk360 account.

💡 Users are given multiple verification steps before confirming a payment. Please review all details carefully before proceeding.

✅ Final Reminder

  • Shop360 is a direct top-up service to mobile numbers only.

  • Once sent, top-ups cannot be retrieved or refunded.

  • Available now on Android, with more platforms coming soon.
