Want to review your recent payments or mobile top-up transactions? It’s easy to track your purchase history directly from the Talk360 app. Here's how:
📱 For Android Users
Open the Talk360 app.
Tap on “More” in the bottom menu.
Select “Shop360 History”.
You’ll now see a list of your recent purchases — this includes:
Mobile top-ups (airtime, data, or bundles)
The recipient’s phone number
The product type and value
Payment status (e.g. Success, Failed, Pending)
Date and time of transaction
🔒 Note:
Currently, your Purchase History only displays transactions related to mobile top-ups. Purchases of Talk360 call credits are not shown at this time.
We understand that many users have requested to see Talk360 credit purchases here as well, and we’re actively working on making this available in a future update.
