Having trouble calling Iran? Talk360 calls may fail due to local network issues, VoIP restrictions, and unstable infrastructure.
Important Update: Issues Calling Iran
We know how important it is for many of our users to stay in touch with loved ones in Iran, especially now. If you’ve been unable to complete your calls, please know that this is a widespread issue, and we want to explain what’s going on.
What’s Causing the Issue?
Calls to Iran are currently affected by:
Local infrastructure problems — Networks inside Iran are under strain due to the ongoing conflict, making it hard for calls to connect.
VoIP restrictions — Internet-based calling apps like Talk360 are often limited within Iran.
Government interference — Some international calls are being filtered or blocked by local authorities.
These combined factors make reliable calling extremely difficult at the moment.
What We’re Doing
We’re actively working with our telecom partners to find stable call routes into Iran.
However, due to the situation on the ground, we cannot currently guarantee consistent call success.
Your Credit Is Safe
Talk360 credits are valid for 18 months after your last phone call or purchase. Buying new credits or making a phone call will extend the validity of your existing credits for 18 months. If calls to Iran are not working right now, your balance will remain ready for use once conditions improve.
Thank You for Understanding
We know how hard this is, and we’re doing everything we can to restore reliable access.
