Talk360 uses security checks to protect users and prevent fraud. In some situations, these checks may temporarily block registration or login attempts.
This article explains why blocks happen, whether they’re temporary, and what you can do to regain access.
Why was my registration or login blocked?
Registration or login blocks usually happen when our systems detect activity that looks unusual or cannot be verified right away.
Common reasons include:
Too many verification code requests
Requesting multiple SMS verification codes within a short time can temporarily lock your number.
This block usually lasts up to 24 hours.
Incorrect voucher PIN entries
Entering the wrong voucher PIN several times may trigger a temporary security block to prevent misuse.
Multiple phone numbers on one device
Registering several phone numbers on the same device may look like suspicious behavior and can result in a temporary block.
Fraud detection & regulatory safeguards
Unusual usage patterns, such as repeated short calls to certain destinations, may trigger automatic blocks due to security rules or local regulations.
For security reasons, we can’t share detailed detection rules or thresholds.
How can I fix a blocked registration or login?
✅ Option 1: Wait for the block to expire (recommended)
Most registration and login blocks are temporary and automatically lifted after 24 hours, especially if caused by:
Too many verification code requests
Incorrect voucher PIN attempts
Multiple registration attempts
After waiting, try registering or logging in again.
✅ Option 2: Request manual activation via WhatsApp
If you cannot wait 24 hours, you may request a manual activation code via WhatsApp.
When contacting us, include:
A short explanation of the issue
(for example: “My number was blocked after too many verification attempts.”)The email address linked to your Talk360 account

The WhatsApp number must match the phone number you are trying to register
Activation codes are only shared after verification
WhatsApp support is only for activation requests, not general support

If your account was blocked due to registering multiple phone numbers (without fraudulent intent), our Support Team can help.
Please provide:
The reason for registering multiple numbers
Which account should remain active
Whether unused accounts should be removed
If applicable, a request to transfer remaining credits
After review, eligible accounts may be unblocked.

To prevent registration or login issues in the future:
Request verification codes only when needed
Double-check voucher PINs before submitting
Avoid registering multiple phone numbers on the same device
Complete verification without going back or restarting the process
