How Do I Recover My Account?

Learn when account recovery is possible, how reviews work, and why some blocked accounts cannot be restored.

Updated this week

Account recovery is possible only for certain temporary blocks. Permanently blocked accounts cannot be restored.

When this happens

Your Talk360 account is blocked or paused, and you want to know whether access can be restored.

Why this happens

Some account blocks are applied as temporary security measures, while others are permanent enforcement actions based on policy compliance.

When account recovery may be possible

Recovery may be possible if:

  • The block was applied as a temporary security measure

  • The issue can be reviewed and verified

  • Account activity complies with Talk360’s policies

In these cases, access may be restored:

  • After a waiting period, or

  • After a successful internal review

When account recovery is not possible

Recovery is not possible if the block involves:

  • Confirmed fraud or misuse

  • Serious or repeated policy violations

  • Payment abuse or repeated chargebacks

  • Activity that cannot be verified or reversed

If a block is permanent, the account cannot be restored.

What happens during an account review

When an account is reviewed:

  • The block type (temporary or permanent) is confirmed

  • Activity is checked against security, fraud, and compliance rules

  • A decision is made based on Talk360’s internal policies

For security and privacy reasons:

  • Technical detection rules are not shared

  • Not all review details can be disclosed

  • Some decisions are final

What Talk360 can and cannot control

  • ✅ Reviews eligible accounts for possible recovery

  • ❌ Cannot override permanent enforcement decisions

  • ❌ Cannot disclose internal detection logic

When this is expected behavior

Not all blocked or paused accounts are eligible for recovery. This is a normal part of platform security and compliance.

Important to know

  • Not all blocked or paused accounts are eligible for recovery

  • Recovery depends on the reason for the block and policy compliance

  • Permanently blocked accounts cannot be overridden

  • Credits, refunds, or access are not restored for permanently blocked accounts

All reviews and decisions are handled in line with Talk360’s:

When to contact Support
