Your Talk360 currency cannot be changed inside an existing account.
Available currencies depend on your country and are shown during registration.
If Your Balance Is Zero (No Call Credits)
If your balance is €0.00 / $0.00:
Delete your Talk360 account
Register again with your phone number
Select one of the available currencies shown during registration
This is the only self-service way to change currency when no credits remain.
📌 Important: Deleting your account permanently removes account data. Review the account deletion article before proceeding.
If You Still Have Call Credits
If your account still has call credits, do not delete your account.
Instead, ask for human Support to help you change your currency.
If you’re already in a chat or conversation, you can continue there and request assistance.
A Support agent will:
Review your account
Explain the available options
Make sure your remaining credits are handled correctly before any change is made
This helps prevent credit loss or incorrect account changes.
If You Already Deleted Your Account by Mistake
If you deleted your account before resolving remaining credits:
You must contact Support within 30 days
After 30 days, account data and remaining credits cannot be recovered
How Currency Works in Talk360
Your currency is assigned at registration and linked to your account ID
It is used for:
Credit purchases
Balance display
Calling rates and payments
The currency cannot be changed later inside the app
⚠️ Not all currencies are available in every country.
During registration, you will only see the currency options that are supported for your country.
In some countries:
The default currency may be the local currency, or
The default currency may be an international currency (for example, USD or EUR)
The available options are always shown clearly during sign-up.
What Talk360 Can and Cannot Do
Talk360 can:
Guide you when credits are still present
Help prevent credit loss before a currency change
Talk360 cannot:
Change the currency inside an active account
Restore credits after the 30-day recovery window
Modify currency without account re-registration
