You can view and manage limited account details in Talk360, but your account is permanently linked to a phone number that cannot be changed.
What you need to know
Talk360 uses your phone number as your account identity.
For security, fraud prevention, and regulatory reasons, some account details are fixed and cannot be modified after registration.
What you can manage
Depending on availability, you may be able to:
View your registered phone number
Add or update an optional email address
Email verification may be recommended, and correcting an incorrect or unverified email can require assistance.
What you cannot change
The following account details are permanently locked:
The phone number linked to your account
The account identity associated with that number
These restrictions apply to all Talk360 accounts and cannot be bypassed.
