The final amount charged can differ from the price shown in the app because your bank or payment provider applies currency conversion, fees, or local taxes. Talk360 does not control these adjustments.
When This Applies
This applies when:
You pay for Talk360 credits using Apple Pay or Google Pay, and
The amount shown on your receipt or statement is different from the in-app price
How Pricing Works in Talk360
Talk360 shows a base price for call credits in the currency linked to your Talk360 account
This base price is the amount Talk360 charges before Apple Pay or Google Pay processing
Talk360 does not add extra fees after checkout
How Apple Pay and Google Pay Process Payments
When you confirm a payment:
Apple Pay or Google Pay processes the transaction on your behalf
If the payment currency differs from your payment profile currency, automatic currency conversion may occur
Additional platform-related fees or taxes may be applied based on your country
These adjustments happen after the Talk360 base price is submitted.
What Talk360 Can and Cannot Control
Talk360 controls:
The base price shown in the app
The amount of call credits added to your account
Talk360 does not control:
Currency conversion applied by Apple Pay or Google Pay
Platform administration or service fees
Local taxes required by Apple or Google in your country
Why the Final Amount May Be Higher
After Apple Pay or Google Pay processes the payment:
The amount may be converted to your local currency
Platform fees may be added
Local taxes may be included
As a result, the final charged amount may be slightly higher than the price shown in the Talk360 app.
