What to expect
Some calls connect and some won’t. If a call connects, quality is usually stable. You may hear an automated verification message or be asked to press additional digits before the actual call starts, followed by a second ringtone once the real connection begins. If you can’t hear anything after connecting, try again later. Connection may vary throughout the day.
What you can try
Try calling at a different time of day, follow any verification instructions if prompted, and wait for the second ringtone before assuming the call failed. There is no single fix, but timing and network conditions can make a difference.
Important to Know
The verification process and network behavior are controlled by local Iranian telecom networks and are outside Talk360’s control.
Calls may still be charged once the verification step begins, even if the recipient does not answer afterward.
