How Talk360 Calls Work

Talk360 uses the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to place your call.

Once connected:

  1. Talk360 establishes a connection using your internet connection

  2. The call is routed through international telecom networks

  3. The recipient receives a regular phone call

📌 On the recipient’s side, the call behaves like a normal mobile or landline call.

What You Need

To make a call with Talk360, you need:

  • Enough call credits for the destination you are calling

  • A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

💡 Internet access is always required to start and manage a Talk360 call, even though the recipient receives a normal phone call.

How to Make a Call

You can place a call in two ways:

  • Select a contact from your phonebook (synced automatically), or

  • Enter the phone number manually using the keypad

Important to Know

  • The person you call does not need the Talk360 app

  • The call receiver does not need an internet connection

  • Your registered phone number is shown (unless hidden or restricted)

  • Calls work worldwide, but are subject to local telecom regulations

  • Call behavior may change when you:

    • Travel to another country

    • Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)

    • Call destinations with telecom or government restrictions
