What to expect
When calling some Russian numbers you may experience being connected to an automated voice message service. This might mean that your calls are being labelled as spam by the Russian telecom networks. In these cases we recommend waiting a few weeks to call again.
Avoid making a lot of short calls, to not be labelled as spam by Russian telecom networks.
If the call doesn't continue to the right person
If the problem is persistent you can always contact support with the number you were calling and we'll look into it.
However, it is important to note it may take a longer period of time to be able to get through these networks if you are being labelled as spam, and it is out of Talk360's control.
Good to know: Talk360 can't control how Russian telecom networks route incoming international calls.
