Talk360 works in many countries worldwide, but some countries restrict or limit VoIP (internet-based) calling. These restrictions are set by governments or local telecom providers, not by Talk360. Here is what to expect.
Calling to or from a restricted country
Calls don't connect
Calls drop after connecting
Poor and unstable audio
Please note that this is expected behaviour and it does not indicate a problem with your Talk360 account.
Countries with known restriction issues
China: Possible to reach but often unreliable connection due to strict government controls. Read more here.
Iran: Sometimes possible but frequently unstable or unavailable. Read more here.
Russia: VoIP restrictions apply in certain situations. Read more here.
India: VoIP calls between Indian numbers don't work. Read more here.
Why is VoIP restricted in some countries?
Some governments and telecom providers restrict VoIP services for reasons such as protecting local telecom operators and managing limited or unstable infrastructure.
Good to know: Restrictions can change without notice. Call success may depend on your network provider, time of day, and local routing policies, these are all outside of Talk360's control.
