How Do I Request an Invoice for My Purchased Credits?

Learn how to get an invoice for your Talk360 credit purchase on iOS, Android, or other payment methods.

If you need an invoice for your Talk360 credit purchase, you can request one easily. How this works depends on how you paid and which device you used.

Invoices for iOS (Apple) Purchases

If you purchased credits on an iPhone using Apple Pay or in-app purchase:

  • The invoice is automatically generated by Apple

  • It is sent to the email address linked to your Apple ID

  • The invoice is available in your Apple purchase history

How to find your Apple invoice

  1. Open your Apple ID account (via Settings or Apple’s website)

  2. Go to Payment & Shipping → Purchase History

  3. Select the Talk360 purchase

  4. Download or resend the invoice from Apple

⚠️ Because Apple is the payment provider, Talk360 cannot issue a separate invoice for these purchases.

Invoices for Android (Google Pay) Purchases

If you purchased credits on Android using Google Pay:

  • The invoice is automatically generated by Google

  • It is sent to the email address linked to your Google account

  • You can also find it in your Google Payments history

How to find your Google Pay invoice

  1. Go to pay.google.com

  2. Open Activity or Transactions

  3. Select the Talk360 purchase

  4. Download or resend the receipt/invoice

⚠️ As Google handles the payment, Talk360 cannot create an additional invoice for these transactions.

How to Request an Invoice for Other Payment Methods

If you purchased credits outside of iOS or Google Pay, you can request an invoice directly from Talk360.

Steps to request an invoice

  1. Open the Talk360 app

  2. Tap Support

  3. Send a message requesting an invoice

Information Needed to Generate Your Invoice

To avoid delays, please include the following details in your message:

  • 🔹 First and Last Name (mandatory)

  • 🔹 Company Name (optional)

  • 🔹 Phone Number (used to register in the app)

  • 🔹 Email Address

  • 🔹 Purchase Date

  • 🔹 Amount Paid

  • 🔹 Currency Used

Once we receive this information, we’ll process and send your invoice as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Invoices are issued only for paid credits

  • Bonus or promotional credits are not included on invoices

  • Invoice details must match the information provided
