The Share Credit feature lets you send your call credits to:
Another Talk360 user
Someone who isn’t a Talk360 user yet
A new Talk360 number that you own
To use shared credits, the recipient must have the Talk360 app installed and be registered with their phone number.
How to Share Credits With Someone
You can share your Talk360 call credits in two easy ways.
Option 1: Share via the menu
Open the Talk360 app
Go to More → Share Credit
Choose a contact or enter a mobile phone number
Select the credit amount (only whole amounts like $1 or $8)
Tap Share Credit
Tap Tell Your Friend to notify the recipient
Option 2: Share directly from your Contacts
Open the Contacts tab in the app
Select the contact you want to share credits with
Tap Share Credit from the contact details
Choose the amount and confirm
This option is helpful if the recipient is already saved in your contacts.
What Happens Next
If the recipient is not yet a Talk360 user, they’ll receive an SMS with a download link
They must install the app and register to use the shared credits
Both sender and recipient receive an in-app notification
Shared credits are added automatically and can be used immediately
How to Transfer Credits to a New Talk360 Number
If you’re switching to a new phone number and still have access to your old account, this is the fastest and easiest way to keep your credits.
Step 1: Share Credits to Your New Number
Stay logged in to the account with the remaining credits
Go to More → Share Credit
Enter your new phone number
Complete the transfer
Step 2: Register the New Number
Log out of the app
Reopen Talk360 and tap Register
Register using your new phone number
Verify with the SMS code
Your shared credits will now be available on the new account.
What If I Can’t Access My Old Account?
If you no longer have access to your old account, additional verification is required.
You may be asked to provide:
Your old phone number
Your new phone number
And complete security checks, such as:
Sharing at least three frequently called numbers, or
Providing proof of payment for previous credit purchases
(screenshots are fine if sensitive details are hidden)
Important Rules and Limits
Minimum Transfer Amount
You can only share $1.00 USD or more
Amounts below $1.00 (for example, $0.99) cannot be transferred
Currency Conversion
If the sender and receiver use different currencies, the credit is automatically converted
The exchange rate is applied at the time of transfer
What to Do If Shared Credits Were Not Received
If the recipient didn’t receive the credits, check the following:
The phone number was entered correctly
The recipient is registered and verified on Talk360
The Talk360 app is installed and up to date
The recipient is logged in using their phone number
If everything looks correct and the credits are still missing, contact Support in the app so we can investigate.
