Yes. With Talk360, you can share, transfer, or receive call credits in several ways.
This includes sending credits to friends or family, moving credits to a new Talk360 number you own, or receiving credits from someone who is not a Talk360 user.

How the “Share Credit” Feature Works

The Share Credit feature lets you send your call credits to:

  • Another Talk360 user

  • Someone who isn’t a Talk360 user yet

  • A new Talk360 number that you own

To use shared credits, the recipient must:

  • Install the Talk360 app

  • Register and verify their phone number

Once registered, the shared credits are added automatically and can be used immediately.

How to Share Credits With Someone

You can share credits in two ways:

Option 1: Share from the menu

  1. Open the Talk360 app

  2. Go to More → Share Credit

  3. Select a contact or enter a phone number

  4. Choose a whole amount (for example, $1 or $8)

  5. Confirm the transfer

Option 2: Share directly from Contacts

  1. Open Contacts in the app

  2. Select the recipient

  3. Tap Share Credit

  4. Choose the amount and confirm

Both you and the recipient will receive an in-app notification once the credits are shared.

How to Transfer Credits to a New Talk360 Number

If you’re switching to a new phone number and still have access to your old account, this is the fastest and easiest way to keep your credits.

Step 1: Share Credits to Your New Number

  1. Stay logged in to the account with the remaining credits

  2. Go to More → Share Credit

  3. Enter your new phone number

  4. Complete the transfer

Step 2: Register the New Number

  1. Log out of the app

  2. Reopen Talk360 and tap Register

  3. Register using your new phone number

  4. Verify with the SMS code

Your shared credits will now be available on the new account.

What If I Can’t Access My Old Account?

If you no longer have access to your old account, additional verification is required.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your old phone number

  • Your new phone number

And complete security checks, such as:

  • Sharing at least three frequently called numbers, or

  • Providing proof of payment for previous credit purchases
    (screenshots are fine if sensitive details are hidden)

How to Receive Credits From Non-Talk360 Users

Someone who is not a Talk360 user can still add credits to your account.

How it works:

  • They visit the Talk360 Buy Credits page

  • Select the amount of credit they wish to purchase.

  • Complete the payment process with their preferred payment method.

  • The purchased credit will be directly added to your Talk360 account.

If You Don’t Have a Credit Card

If you don’t have a card:

  • A friend or family member can purchase credits for you

  • They use their own payment details

  • Credits are still added to your account

⚠️ Important: Talk360 Support cannot manually add credits on your behalf.

Important Rules and Limits

Minimum Transfer Amount

  • You can only share $1.00 USD or more

  • Amounts below $1.00 (for example, $0.99) cannot be transferred

Currency Conversion

  • If the sender and receiver use different currencies, the credit is automatically converted

  • The exchange rate is applied at the time of transfer

What to Do If Shared Credits Were Not Received

If the recipient didn’t receive the credits, check the following:

  • The phone number was entered correctly

  • The recipient is registered and verified on Talk360

  • The Talk360 app is installed and up to date

  • The recipient is logged in using their phone number
