What Are Promo Codes and Bonus Credits?
With Talk360, promo codes and bonus credits are special offers that give you extra call credits when you top up. These offers help you save money on international calls.
Where Can I Find Promo Codes and Bonuses?
Promo offers are sent through in-app notifications
Tap the message icon (Notifications) in the app to view all notifications, updates, and promotions
Open the promotion to see the offer details
You’ll be taken directly to the Buy Credits page, where the promo is automatically applied.
💡 Tip: Some promo codes are only available for a limited time. Turning on push notifications helps you stay up to date with new offers.
How to Use a Promo Code
Open the Talk360 app
Tap the message icon (Notifications)
Open the promotional notification
Tap the button in the message
You’ll be redirected to Buy Credits
Choose your top-up amount and complete the payment
Your purchased credits and bonus credits will be added automatically.
Why Didn’t My Promo Code Apply?
A promo code may not work for a few common reasons:
The promo has expired
The code was already used
The promo wasn’t claimed via the notification button
The promo isn’t eligible for that purchase
If your promo didn’t apply, you can contact Support in the app and we’ll help check what happened.
Can I Use More Than One Promo Code?
No. Only one promo code can be used per purchase, and promo codes can’t be combined with other promotions.
If you used the wrong promo code, contact Support and we’ll be happy to help.
How Do Bonus Credits Work?
Bonus credits are added on top of your purchased credits when a promotion is successfully applied. They work just like regular call credits when making calls.
Do Bonus Credits Expire?
Yes. Bonus credits have different validity periods depending on how they’re earned:
Bring-a-Friend bonus credits
Valid for 1 month from the date they’re issued
Bonus credits received with a promo code and purchase
Valid the same as paid credits
Credits are valid for 18 months, and the validity extends each time you make a call
Any unused bonus credits will expire once their validity period ends.
