If you need an invoice for a credit purchase, you can easily request one by contacting our Support team through the app.

Please note that purchases made via iOS (Apple) or Google Pay (GPay) automatically generate an invoice. These invoices are sent directly to the email associated with your payment account. Since Apple and Google operate as separate payment platforms, we are unable to provide additional invoices for these transactions.

For any other purchases, feel free to reach out to us through the app, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Tip: For a quicker response, be sure to include your contact or company details, along with the date of your purchase, in your message.
