How Smart Top-Up Works
Smart Top-Up:
Uses the same payment method as your most recent credit purchase
Recharges the same credit amount you selected when enabling the feature
Only works if you turn it on (it is never active by default)
Activates only during an active call when your balance becomes low
ℹ️ Smart Top-Up will not trigger outside of a call.
How to Enable Smart Top-Up
Open the Talk360 app
Tap Buy credits
Choose your preferred credit amount
During checkout, tap the checkbox next to Allow Auto Recharge
Complete your payment
✅ Smart Top-Up is now enabled and ready to protect your calls.
How to Disable Smart Top-Up
You can turn Smart Top-Up off at any time:
Once it’s greyed out, Smart Top-Up is disabled and will no longer add credits automatically.
Important to Know
⚠️ Smart Top-Up:
Does not apply to welcome packages
Promo codes do not give discounts, but may provide extra bonus credits (Smart Top-Up does not apply to these bonus credits)
Only works with standard credit purchases
Will not activate if:
There is no valid payment method available, or
You did not tap the “Allow Auto Recharge” checkbox during checkout
