Cross-connection issues in a VoIP calling app occur when you dial one number but reach the wrong person. We understand how frustrating this can be and are here to help. It's important to note that cross-connection issues can also be caused by the recipient’s end. If the recipient's local carrier is misconfigured, it may cause calls to be routed incorrectly, leading you to connect with the wrong person.

What to Check First:

  1. Dialing Format – Ensure you have entered the correct number. If calling internationally, use the correct country code and save the number in the full international format.

  2. Manual Dialing Test – Try dialing the number manually with the international format instead of using your saved contacts. If the call connects correctly, update the contact in your phone, as it syncs with the Talk360 app.

  • The phone number you dialed.

  • Whether this happens with one contact or multiple numbers.

  • The last time you successfully reached the recipient.
