You can permanently delete your Talk360 account at any time. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.
When this happens
You no longer want to use Talk360 and wish to permanently remove your account and data.
Why this happens
Deleting your account removes all personal data linked to your phone number and ensures your information is handled in line with data-protection laws.
How to delete your account
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
If you still have the Talk360 app installed:
Open the Talk360 app
Go to More
Tap Delete Account
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm
Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the Talk360 app installed, you can still request deletion:
Email [email protected]
Ask for your Talk360 account (phone number) to be deleted
For security reasons, the Support team will first verify that the phone number belongs to you before proceeding. This ensures only the account owner can request deletion.
What happens after your account is deleted
After deletion:
All account data linked to your phone number is permanently removed, including:
Call history
Remaining credits
Account details
Deleted data cannot be recovered
Data is removed in line with GDPR requirements and applicable legal timelines
What Talk360 can and cannot control

When this is expected behavior
Account deletion is a final action and applies equally to all users.
Important to know before deleting your account
Any remaining call credits will be lost
Credits cannot be restored after deletion
After 30 days, remaining credit and usage data can no longer be reviewed
Deletion is final and irreversible
Make sure youβve used any remaining credit before deleting your account.

Your deletion request cannot be completed due to a technical issue
