Can I Share or Transfer My Talk360 Credits?

Yes. You can share your Talk360 call credits with another number or transfer them to a new Talk360 number you own using the Share Credit feature.
Credits are added only after the recipient registers and verifies their number.

When This Applies

This article applies when you:

  • Want to send credits to another person

  • Want to move credits to a new Talk360 number you own

  • Expect shared credits to appear on a recipient account

How the Share Credit Feature Works

With Talk360, Share Credit lets you send paid call credits to:

  • Another Talk360 user

  • Someone who is not yet a Talk360 user

  • A new Talk360 number you own

To use shared credits, the recipient must:

  • Install the Talk360 app

  • Register and verify their phone number

Once verified, shared credits are added automatically and can be used immediately.

How to Share Credits

You can share credits in either of these ways:

From the menu

  1. Open the Talk360 app

  2. Go to More β†’ Share Credit

  3. Select a contact or enter a phone number

  4. Choose an amount and confirm

From Contacts

  1. Select the recipient

  2. Tap Share Credit

  3. Choose an amount and confirm

Both sender and recipient receive an in-app notification when the transfer completes.

How to Transfer Credits to a New Talk360 Number

If you are switching to a new number and still have access to your old account:

  1. Stay logged in to the account with credits

  2. Go to More β†’ Share Credit

  3. Enter your new phone number and confirm

  4. Log out and register the new number

After registration and verification, the shared credits will be available on the new account.

Important Rules and Limits

  • Minimum transfer amount: $1.00

  • Whole amounts only: You can share whole credit amounts (for example, $1 or $2). Partial amounts (such as $2.50) cannot be shared.

  • Recipient registration required: Credits cannot be used until the recipient registers and verifies

  • Currency conversion: If sender and recipient use different currencies, credits are converted automatically at the time of transfer

  • Transfers are final: Shared credits cannot be reversed

What to Check If Credits Were Not Received

Before contacting Support, confirm that:

  • The phone number was entered correctly

  • The recipient has installed the app

  • The recipient has registered and verified their number

  • The recipient is logged in with that phone number
