If you registered with the wrong phone number, you must log out and create a new account using the correct number.
When this happens
You realize after registration that the phone number linked to your Talk360 account is incorrect.
Why this happens
Your Talk360 account is permanently linked to the phone number used during registration.
For security reasons, phone numbers cannot be edited or replaced on an existing account.
What to do if you used the wrong phone number
Log out of your current Talk360 account
Create a new account using the correct phone number
Complete SMS verification for the new number
That’s it! Your new account will be ready to use.
What Talk360 can and cannot control
✅ Allows you to create a new account with a different phone number
❌ Cannot change or correct the phone number on an existing account
What about my remaining credit?
If your old account has remaining credit
You can:
Transfer it using the in-app Share Credit feature, or
Request a review by providing both the old and new phone numbers
If your old account has no credit
No action is needed
No review or follow-up is required
When this is expected behavior
Locked phone numbers are a permanent part of how Talk360 accounts work and apply to all users.
When to contact Support
Only if you need help reviewing or transferring remaining credit between accounts.
