I Paid Successfully, but My Talk360 Credits Are Missing — What Should I Do?

Find out what to check if your payment went through but your Talk360 credits haven’t appeared yet, including normal processing times and next steps.

If your payment was successful but credits have not appeared yet, the most common reason is processing time. In most cases, the credits are delayed and will appear once the payment confirmation is completed.

This article applies if:

  • Your payment was completed successfully

  • Credits have not yet appeared in your Talk360 account

Normal Processing Times

Processing time depends on the payment method used.

  • For most payments, processing normally takes up to 2 hours.

  • Bank Transfer payments
    Bank transfers require payment verification and may take up to 72 hours before credits are added.

What to Check First

Before contacting Support, check the following:

  • You are logged in with the correct phone number used to purchase the credits

  • Restart the Talk360 app to refresh your balance

  • Wait for the full processing time to pass

Most delayed credits appear automatically once the payment provider confirms the transaction.

If Credits Are Still Missing After the Processing Time

If the processing time has passed and credits are still not visible:

  1. Send a message including proof of payment

  1. Open the Talk360 app

  2. Tap Support

  3. Send a message and include proof of payment

Support will review the transaction and verify the payment.

Important to Know

Credits are added only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Talk360 cannot manually add credits before payment confirmation is completed.
