If your payment was successful but credits have not appeared yet, the most common reason is processing time. In most cases, the credits are delayed and will appear once the payment confirmation is completed.

Credits have not yet appeared in your Talk360 account
Normal Processing Times
Processing time depends on the payment method used.
For most payments, processing normally takes up to 2 hours.
Bank Transfer payments
Bank transfers require payment verification and may take up to 72 hours before credits are added.
What to Check First
Before contacting Support, check the following:
You are logged in with the correct phone number used to purchase the credits
Restart the Talk360 app to refresh your balance
Wait for the full processing time to pass
Most delayed credits appear automatically once the payment provider confirms the transaction.
If Credits Are Still Missing After the Processing Time
If the processing time has passed and credits are still not visible:
