Short Answer
Shop360 lets you send airtime, mobile data, or bundles directly to someone’s mobile carrier. It does not add Talk360 calling credits to a Talk360 account.
What Shop360 Is
Shop360 is a mobile top-up feature inside the Talk360 app.
It allows you to purchase:
📞 Airtime (talk time)
🌐 Mobile data
📦 Bundles (carrier-defined packages)
The value is delivered directly to the recipient’s mobile carrier, not to a Talk360 wallet.
Mobile top-ups work only for mobile numbers.
Landlines and wireless home phones are not supported.
What Shop360 Is Not
Shop360 is not:
A transfer of Talk360 credits
A wallet-to-wallet feature
A share credits feature
A way to add calling balance to someone’s Talk360 account
How This Is Different from Talk360 Call Credits
Shop360 Mobile Top-Up | Talk360 Call Credits |
Sent to a mobile carrier | Stored in your Talk360 wallet |
Can be used by anyone with that mobile number | Used only for Talk360 calls |
Cannot be reversed once delivered | Subject to Talk360 credit rules |
Not transferred between Talk360 users | Linked to your Talk360 account |
Shop360 and Talk360 Call Credits are completely separate systems.
When Is a Top-Up Final?
If both show:
Payment: Success
Fulfillment: Success
The transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.
