If your Connect+ call does not connect, it is usually because:
Your SIM card does not match your Talk360 account number, or
Your Caller ID is hidden.
Connect+ requires your number to match your account and be visible before the call can proceed.
No Talk360 credits are deducted if the call fails for these reasons.
1️⃣ SIM Mismatch / Number Not Recognized
What You May Hear
“We can’t connect this call because your phone number does not match your Talk360 account. Please place the call using the phone number registered with Talk360 and try again.”
Why This Happens
Connect+ verifies that the phone number on your active SIM matches the number registered with your Talk360 account.
The call will not connect if:
The SIM card in your phone does not match your Talk360 account number
You are using a dual-SIM device and the wrong SIM is active
You switched SIM cards
You are using another device
You are logged in with a different number
This prevents incorrect routing and protects your account.
What Happens
The call will not proceed
No Talk360 credits are deducted
How to Fix It
Make sure the active SIM matches your Talk360 account number
If using dual SIM, select the correct SIM
Log in using the correct registered phone number
2️⃣ Caller ID Disabled (Number Hidden)
What You May Hear
“Your number is currently hidden. Please enable Caller ID in your phone settings and try the call again.”
Why This Happens
Connect+ requires your phone number to be visible.
If Caller ID is hidden or disabled:
The system cannot verify your number
The call cannot proceed
What Happens
The call does not connect
No Talk360 credits are deducted
How to Fix It
Open your phone settings
Enable Caller ID
Make sure your number is visible before placing the call
Alternative: Use Talk360 Internet Calling
If you prefer not to adjust your SIM or Caller ID settings, you can:
Disable Connect+ in the app
Place the call using Wi-Fi or mobile data instead
Important to Know
These checks are specific to Connect+ and do not apply to regular internet-based calls.
If you prefer, you can switch to a Wi-Fi or mobile data call instead.
